Sorry, but can you explain the plastic that appears to be in the crockpot?
Julie, sorry for the delay in responding – your comment went to my spam folder. The plastic is a crock pot liner by Reynolds – I buy mine from Walmart. Here is a link https://goo.gl/NlnyUG

These apples look so delicious Roseann. I like the thought of adding ice cream. I love ice cream but very rarely eat it.

Hi Roseanne, I was glad to see familiar faces at the “build your email list party”! Just subscribed by email:) BTW- crockpot apples look amazing!!
So glad you joined the email list party! Thanks for subscribing Kathleen!
I love cooking in the crockpot! My only problem with it is that it takes forethought. Which I fail to have most days. LOL
I have subscribed to your email list from the Build your email list party.

Thanks Nikki!
Oh thank you so much for this wonderful post. I have been sugar free, gf, df, egg free (non-gmo) for nearly 5 years due to Lyme disease and numerous resulting AI illnesses. Cinnamon apples really satisfy when I am having a sweet craving. I will be featuring this post tomorrow at TFT! I hope you will visit my blog and take a look at the post!
Thank you so much for featuring my apples! Since you avoid dairy you can use coconut oil instead of butter. I seem to be able to tolerate small amounts of butter so I use it occasionally.
What a lovely, healthy, allergy friendly treat! Your Crock Pot Cinnamon Apples look delicious, Roseann. Thank you so much for sharing, and for being a part of the Hearth and Soul Link Party. I hope you are having a wonderful weekend!
